Welcome....

Well, I'm excited about blogging, and a little nervous too. I'm going to try and be really consistent but I have children and all the duties that come along with that, therefore there may be some days that it is easier than others. I want to start off by introducing myself and giving you a little info about why I decided to do this...

Firstly, I am a Christian, a follower of Christ. I am married and have children that I know God gave me to help me through the rough times and to learn how to laugh at the little things in life that I had forgotten about. I have the privilege of staying home and being with my beautiful kids everyday. I have many interests that I enjoy doing, really too many to count. I love trying new things, except for some foods. I'm an imperfect person just doing my best to work with what I have been given from day to day. Most days that is such an easy job, but others...well, it can become a very difficult chore. I consider myself blessed, regardless of my circumstances, and believe that keeping that attitude is paramount in overcoming any battles that come our way.

I look forward to opening up more to you over time...I'm still a little shy in that regard. Just remember, we are all saved by grace alone, but not all of us will choose to accept this gift. For those of us who do, I would encourage you to embrace that salvation and show your appreciation for it by extending that same grace to others when the time comes.
